Flying out of Wood County Airport, KJDD. A focused business that has been serving the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas areas successfully for over 20 years.  Beacon Aviation, Inc. has been wholly dedicated to digital aerial mapping since 1997. Working with state of the art airborne equipment affords Beacon the ability to capture, process and deliver quality products, all with in-house resources. Beacon uses 100% digital remote sensing equipment, coupled with airborne GNSS and a tactical grade IMU.  The system integration of cutting-edge hardware, and software allows for rapid acquisition and delivery of a client’s area of interest that is both accurate and aesthetically pleasing.  Beacon can target, and map anything from a city’s airport to an entire county.  Creating orthographic, topographic and planimetric products that are second to none. This allows us to easily complete projects such as corridor mapping of highways/ ROWs, County Wide Mapping,  Airspace Analysis/ Obstruction Surveys, Mining and volumetrics calculations.
